Everything you need to know about WicketSide.

When paying turf dues, ball expenses, or tournament kits, you initiate payments directly from your trusted native UPI application (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, or your bank app) directly to your Club Treasurer's personal or club VPA.

Once payment is sent, you copy the 12-digit UPI Transaction ID / UTR Number into WicketSide. Paste the UPI reference (UTR) into your claim. Your treasurer confirms or rejects it in the Money screen — no automatic bank matching.

The Treasurer opens their Dues & Kitty Ledger dashboard. Each match displays a verified/pending list:

• The player's name, submitted UTR code, match opponent, and rupee figure appear in an actionable audit queue.
• The Treasurer cross-references the incoming SMS or bank notification once, then taps Approve.
• The player immediately gets a verified checkmark and their match match-fee status turns green across team scorecards.

No more scrolling through endless chat screenshots or wondering who sent ₹500 from an unregistered parent phone number — dues claims and alerts stay in the app.

Not as a CSV/Excel download yet. Today Caps and treasurers manage dues inside the Money screen: create expenses, review UPI-reference claims, and confirm or reject.

Paid / due / claimed status stays visible to the squad in-app. Spreadsheet export is on the roadmap.

Caps can Book the Slot once the poll has at least 8 Yes replies. Until then the call stays open for Yes / Maybe / No.

If the poll window closes with fewer than 8 Yes replies, the session can move to cancelled. Caps can also send an in-app reminder from the availability list (snackbar confirmation today — not a separate push campaign).

After booking, Caps can open Suggested XI for match / practise / tournament calls (not for nets).

Yes! When scheduling an event, choose Practice Nets instead of Fixture Match. In Nets mode:

• Availability still works with Yes / Maybe / No.
• Suggested XI is not offered for nets — nets stay availability-only.
• You can still track dues for nets expenses in Money when needed.

Suggested XI is built for Caps after a session is booked/confirmed. It starts from players who said Yes, then weighs attendance, recent form, and balance — never dues status.

Dues never affect selection. That keeps locker-room politics out of the lineup.

Yes, 100%. The algorithm is an assistant, not an autocrat. Before the XI is locked, Caps can adjust the suggested side in the app.

Once satisfied, Caps save the lineup in the app so the squad can see it there.

Players install the WicketSide mobile app (build from your captain while store listings are not public), sign in with Google, then join with the invite code. Captains may share that invite code on WhatsApp.

In-app club notices appear inside WicketSide today. Device push (FCM) is not enabled yet — the app may still ask for notification permission for future alerts.

You can switch teams in My Teams on this device. Full multi-club cloud sync across every phone is still maturing — start with the club you create or join via invite code.
